We are a boutique consulting firm located in the Washington, DC metro area specializing in helping businesses of all sizes navigate the myriad complex regulatory and business issues with federal government contracts.
Our services focus on government contracts and government construction, healthcare, and supply contracting, GSA and VA schedules. Our consultants have over 30 years of experience advising clients on all facets of government contracting, litigation support, and complex commercial transactions.
OWNER
Jim DelSordo
Jim DelSordo is the owner of Apollo Contract Management, LLC. He concentrates his services on all aspects of federal and state procurements, including bid protests, claims, terminations, and unfair trade and data rights disputes.
Prior to starting Apollo Contract Management, Mr. DelSordo practiced law for over 30 years in the federal government, with government contracts boutiques, and a large, regional general practice firm. Before entering private practice Mr. DelSordo was on active duty in the U. S. Army Judge Advocate General Corps, where he served as a Special Assistant U. S. Attorney, an administrative law attorney, a procurement fraud advisor, and a trial attorney with the U. S. Army’s Contract Appeals Division.
In the private sector Mr. DelSordo has assisted businesses concerning all aspects of government contracts including formation and administration disputes, fraud prevention and compliance, schedule contracts, 8(a) and other small business issues, data rights, and business to government e-commerce. As an attorney he has litigated procurement and commercial disputes in all federal and state fora. Mr. DelSordo’s clientele includes businesses involved in the manufacturing of sophisticated electronics hardware and munitions, construction, logistics and personal services, and information technology. Apollo’s clients are located worldwide.
Mr. DelSordo has lectured for Mealey’s Publications and the National Business Institute on government contract issues, at the National Science Foundation’s Annual Small Business Innovative Research Conference, and has been published in the Intellectual Property & Technology Journal.
